Heated holding cabinet sized to stack and nest covered plates up to 11" diameter (to achieve maximum capacity). Plates stack and nest 3 deep. Humi-Temp heat system preconditions the cabinet with low humidity. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet to keep pre-plated meals hot, fresh and flavorful for hours.
